Okay, I’m not planning on going insane with calorie counting, but I’m wondering if there is a site that says how many calories you should intake per body weight/body size to lose, maintain, and gain.

Yeah, I know at least ONE person will have that answer, LOL.

And a quick work-out update:
26:43 for a calorie burn of 112.4 (Work-out 08 / Day 11 of 30 for 30-Day Challenge)
and immediately after (after I created the work-out):
19:09 for a calorie burn of 80.6
