Oh trust me, we're still going WTF at him being charged with the accident, considering her driver's door hit her rear-end (his tailgate had an imprint of her door handle in the back of it, right near the back light. O.o

Thankfully, the guy that t-boned him (who totally went "driving too fast, couldn't stop in time", and barely left a dent in the door) is testifying on Josh's behalf, since he was behind and saw it all.

The cop that took the report didn't do anything but direct traffic *through* the accident scene. Did not take any real notes, or draw any sort of map on how the vehicles ended up.
