Of course, the sleazeball who sued my mother over an accident (which definitely looked STAGED!) was found that she didn't have any cause for suit and was still awarded $48,000 for her "pain and suffering" by the jury. Assholes. But trust me, I understand about the pay. I lost a day of holiday pay because I went home sick on Monday. We should take out 85% of the trial lawyers and shoot them. Then the remaining ones would only have time remaining to take the cases with cause.
