Josh doesn't have time to try and sue someone, and we don't have the money (he talked to a lawyer, pro-bono is only for injuries, hence her suing for $75K ... she was supposedly injured ... by a little scrape on her head when she hit it on the steering wheel).

And I do blame the justice system, because like in your mom's case, those who scam the system get away with it, and it's partially because of how the justice system works.
