But inside you could tell they'd had a dog not house trained and that they
didn't clean up immediately after. Smelled of animal urine and you could see
the stains on the carpet.

Second house? Falling apart, for the most part =/ Said it had a basement,
but none to be seen. Washer dryer hookup in the main bath. Also had
in-ground pool that hadn't been cleaned in AWHILE. Realtor said at least
thirty k should be be knocked off the asking price!
