I'm sorry but I always crack up when I see this car!!
It's Nurse Kori! In Cars, she was one of the reporters. Now she plays a role in most of the Mater's Tall Tales, LOL!

I love her as the Nurse more than the reporter. It could just be that she's so easy to find as the nurse ;)
